- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I would give it a zero if that was available. Confidentiality was betrayed, was seen by an xray tech instead of a nurse. Tech was more concerned about catching what I had, than patient care. They did not take oxygen levels, after being told asthma inhaler wasn't working. I didn't test positive for flu, was told could be something I caught while staying in a hotel in New York; but was not tested for that possibility. The physician's assistant did prescribe medication which eventually worked. Another incident. The receptionist discussed my adult grandson's case with another patient, without a release of information.December 06, 2016by Gloria Thomas
