  Dr. Allen is hands-down the best pediatric dentist I have ever taken my children to (and I am a mother of eight). He calmly and competently handles any dental need you have, from regular dental exams to tooth extractions and retainers to aid in early tooth placement (which helps avoid more costly braces later). They handle insurance claims efficiently and are always quick to fit us in in an emergency. Their office also allows parents to be with their kids during procedures if they want to, which many offices nowadays do not. I value this greatly. My children LOVE Dr. Allen and everyone on his staff. They can't wait to go to the dentist. The only problem I have with their office is that I am not allowed to be seen there. Sometimes it's a bummer being a grown-up. Thank you, Dr. Allen and the Caring for Kids team.

  I am very disappointed by the service that we received at this office. We brought our 2 and 8 year olds in for dental work. They wrapped our 2 year old up in a papoose to keep her still so they could work on her. When they should have recommended us to a doctor that offered an anesthesia alternative. Her knuckles are raw from trying to get out of her bondage. Secondly, our 8 year old was scheduled to have a coating put on her teeth or tooth and when they released her we found out they pulled two teeth!!! They did not even tell us that they were going to remove the teeth they just did it! We will never go back.
